Terms & Conditions
1. All products selling here are authentic/original. If you are curious or in doubt, you can always
email us for verification. But if you are still curious about the authenticity, then we cannot force you and you can just ignore us. Thanks.
2. Once payment made, the order made is considered final.
3. Please check the product(s) within 3 days after you received it. No refund or replacement if seal is broken if you receive the wrong order. Only replace for those broken seals upon arrival.
4. We won't bear any responsibilities for item(s) which is lost/broken in delivery process but we will ensure item(s) is wrapped securely for shipping.
5. Buyers bear all the postage fee (unless stated).
6. For pre-order, buyers need to wait at least 3 weeks to receive the parcel. Don't rush us for new pre-order product as we are waiting for it as well. If buyers don't wish to wait then you can wait until my items arrived or ready-stock product.
7. Please pay once order confirmed or before pre-order dateline. No payment received = cancel order.
8. All first come first served basis. No reservation can be made, unless we agreed with it.
9. After payment made, please show me your receipt as well by email at the same day.
10. Ready stock will be delivered on the next working day after payment made.
We have the right to edit this Terms and Conditions anytime.
Once you deal with us, means you agreed with the above T & C too.
